These Terms apply to all goods displayed on our Site at the time you access it, including any listed as out of stock. All information, descriptions, and images we provide are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order after processing payment, we will refund the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to verify receipt of any refund.

When you provide your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to that payment instrument.

Shipping and Delivery

Ready-made items usually ship within 2 business days.

Most parcels arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping, depending on destination and customs.

Commissioned work is scheduled case by case, with a timeline provided before payment.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Delivery charges are payable in addition to the price of the goods.
If you order goods for delivery outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying these. Please contact your local customs office for more information before purchasing. We are not responsible for these duties or taxes, nor liable for any failure by you to pay them.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for delivery to the wrong address or person resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds & Returns
Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: refund requests for ready-made items must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. Refunds do not apply to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Button Leather Ltd. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless 4Button Leather Ltd. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be deemed void and removed. All other provisions will remain valid and unaffected.
