Shipping

Every piece is made by hand, then checked, conditioned, and packed by me before it goes anywhere. Ready-made items usually ship within 2 business days. Commissioned work is scheduled case by case — lead time depends on the size of the piece and what's already on the bench. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote, before any payment.

I ship worldwide from Ontario, Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Canada — flat $15. Free on orders over $150.
United States — flat $25.
International — calculated at checkout.

Once your order is on its way, I'll send tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and customs, but most parcels arrive within 5–10 business days of shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country. These are the buyer's responsibility and aren't collected at checkout — if you're unsure, check with your local customs office before ordering.

If an order hasn't shipped within 30 days of the date promised at checkout, you're entitled to request a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to live with your piece and mean it. If a ready-made item isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, so long as it's unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's to cover; once the piece is back and inspected, I'll refund the purchase price.

If something arrives damaged, flawed, or not as described, that's on me — I'll cover return shipping and repair, replace, or refund it, your choice.

Custom & digital — commissioned pieces are made for you alone, and digital files can't be returned once delivered. Both are final sale, except in the case of a defect.
